Welcome to the Terms of Service (these “Terms”, this “Agreement”) for Clean Suite (the “Company”) and any products, services, content, tools, features, and functionality (together with the Website, the “Services”) offered by Clean Suite, together with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, “Clean Suite,” “Company,” “Employee,” “we,” or “us”).
For purposes of these Terms, “client,” “you,” and “your” mean you as the user of the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, then “you” includes you and that entity, and you represent and warrant that (i) you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to legally bind the entity to these Terms, and (ii) you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.
Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights. By accessing and/or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and are agreeing to these Terms. If you do not understand or agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Services.
Changes to the Terms of Service
Clean Suite reserves the right to revise and update this Agreement and any related policies at any time at our sole discretion. All such changes are effective immediately upon being posted or provided within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes means that you accept and agree to them. You are expected to review this Agreement and related policies frequently. If Clean Suite makes a material change, we may notify you via this platform, email, homepage notice, or other methods deemed appropriate. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined by Clean Suite in good faith, using reasonable judgment.
For any questions, please refer to the help section of the Services or contact us at operation@cleansuite.com.
Home Access
Client must provide the Employee with access to the home during regular business hours and at any other mutually agreed-upon times. If Clean Suite is scheduled to clean your home but cannot gain entry through no fault of our own, the client will be charged 100% of the quoted cleaning rate. If the client chooses to leave a door unlocked or a key in an unsecured location (e.g., under a mat), Clean Suite is not liable for any resulting damages or theft.
Rescheduling or Canceling Services
Clients must notify Clean Suite at least 48 hours in advance to cancel, reschedule, or skip a service without penalty. Notifications can be made by phone, text, or email.
-
Same-day cancellations or refusal of service upon arrival may result in a 100% charge of the quoted cleaning rate.
-
Cancellations made the day before the scheduled service may result in a 50% charge.
-
If a cleaning is skipped, the next visit may be billed at a higher rate depending on how much time has passed and the condition of the home. Clients will be informed before payment is processed.
Holidays
Clean Suite is closed on all major holidays. If your recurring service falls on a holiday, it will be rescheduled or skipped. We will attempt to reach out and reschedule in good faith, but final scheduling decisions remain at Clean Suite’s discretion.
Health & Safety
Clean Suite prioritizes the safety of its Employees. For that reason, we do not clean:
-
Bodily or pet waste/fluids
-
Inside fireplaces
-
Outdoor areas such as patios or balconies
-
Any space requiring work above a 3-step ladder
If an Employee feels their safety is at risk due to actions of the client, guests, or animals, the service may be canceled, and cancellation fees may apply.
Pets
Please ensure pets are secured in a kennel or separate room during service. Employees will not clean any pet waste or fluids and may leave the job site if these are present.
Cleaning Equipment and Supplies
Clean Suite provides most cleaning supplies and equipment. To avoid cross-contamination, clients must supply:
-
A vacuum cleaner
-
Toilet brush
-
Any preferred specialty cleaning products not typically provided by Clean Suite
Payment & Tipping
Payment is due on the day of service. Clients must submit payment through our secure web portal or by phone prior to the cleaning date.
Tipping is optional. Should you wish to tip, you may do so via cash or check made directly to the Employee.
If additional time is required to complete the scope of services due to the condition of the home, Clean Suite reserves the right to bill for the additional time.
Late payments may result in referral to collections and interest charges of 2% per month.
Accidents or Damages
You agree to hold Clean Suite harmless in the event of any damages, losses, or claims arising from Services provided by our employees or independent contractors. Clean Suite is not liable for damages caused by incorrect information, misuse of products, acts of nature, third-party actions, or client negligence.
If damages are known to Clean Suite, we will notify the client and proceed in good faith to resolve the matter.
Non-Solicitation
Clients may not hire or attempt to hire current or former Clean Suite Employees for private work during the Agreement term or within one year following their departure from Clean Suite. Doing so incurs a $10,000 fee. Employees are required to report solicitation attempts and are bound by a non-solicitation agreement.
